Your monthly DonationLeap fee is based on the total number of donation records in your database. It truly is a month-to-month lease subscription.



Each plan includes:

  • Unlimited administrative-level users
  • Unlimited number of admin privileges for the donations module
  • Unlimited email-based customer service support

GDPR Surcharge Fee

If you intend to store European Union citizen data in your database, you will also incur a monthly GDPR surcharge fee, which will give you access to the privacy tools we have built into the software.
  • 1-20 citizens = $20 per month
  • 21-250 citizens = $40 per month
  • 251-2,500 citizens = $60 per month
  • 2,501-5,000 citizens = $80 per month
  • 5,001+ = Consultation with MemberLeap Membership Solution Consultant
