Foundation
The Arizona Foundation for Human Service Providers is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization serving as the educational arm of the Council. The Foundation provides support, education, and training opportunities to Council members and the communities they serve. All Council members have access to everything the Foundation has to offer, including opportunities to innovate together and access to all materials and training recordings! The Foundation focuses on the following:
- We Provide support, education, and training opportunities to Council members such as Mental Health First Aid, Collaborative Problem Solving®, and BBHE Supervisor Training for free or at a discounted rate
- We Administer grants that benefit our members and their staff and partner with our members and various agencies in applying for these grants
- We Coordinate the Neurosequential Model in Caregiving training program for foster, kinship, and adoptive parents and the staff who work with them
- We Partner with the Collective Impact for Child Safety and Well-Being to support and expand their work to improve the lives of children and families
