Austin Ormond, Diesel Laptops
Austin Ormond is the trainer at Diesel Training Columbia, SC location since June 2022. He attended SUNY Alfred for 2 years for his associates in heavy truck and diesel repair. Then started as a technician full time at a Komatsu dealership in 2016 where he specialized in Wirtgen paving products but worked on all makes and models. His specialties also include Electrical, After-treatment, HVAC, engine performance, and hydraulic diagnostics. He is ASE certified and has certifications for Wirtgen, Etnyre, Komatsu, Bomag products also Deutz, Cummins and Kubota engines. His hobbies include offshore fishing, snowboarding, and continuing his education.
