(PRINCETON, IOWA) — Johnson Manufacturing Company, a leading producer of industrial fluxes and solders, announced the retirement of Craig Willi, the company’s Quality Assurance (QA) Chemist, effective June 2, 2023 and Rodger Becker, Metals Assistant Leadman, effective March 14, 2023. 


Mr. Willi joined Johnson Manufacturing Company in 1995 and had worked for the Johnson division of Gardiner metal starting in 1980.  He has been an instrumental member of the company’s team for over 40 years. During his tenure, he has played a critical role in maintaining the company’s high standards of quality and safety. He has been responsible for ensuring that the products produced by Johnson Manufacturing meet or exceed customer expectations, as well as regulatory standards.

Rodger started with Johnson Manufacturing as a production worker in 1985 and worked his way up through the ranks. He spent 19 years as a lead man, managing a team of workers, and ensuring that production was running smoothly. His dedication to the job and commitment to excellence made him a valuable asset to the company.
