Ombuds Day 2021

Did you know that every second Thursday in October is Ombuds Day?
This annual event provides an opportunity for people to learn more about the important work that ombuds offices around the world carry out every day to ensure that people are treated fairly.

On October 14, 2021, FCO President Nadine Mailloux will be on the panel for an Ombuds Day virtual conference hosted by the University of Moncton and the Polytechnique Montréal.
