The 133rd Meeting of the Tennessee Academy of Science

The 2023 TAS meeting was held on Saturday, November 18 at Rhodes College.

Plenary Presentation

The plenary session for last year’s meeting featured Dr. Richard Kriwacki, co-chair of the Cancer Research Program at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in the Structural Biology Department and adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Molecular Sciences at the UT-Memphis Health Science Center. His lab studies the biological roles of intrinsically disordered proteins and his plenary talk was entitled Roles of Biomolecular Phase Separation in Biology and Disease."
